Andersonville is a quirky, colorful neighborhood that prides itself on its quaint vibe, locally-owned businesses and progressive, inclusive atmosphere. 

Situated on the city’s north side, the area is home to many families and the city’s largest gay and lesbian community.  Take a stroll down the “strip” on Clark Street and you’re bound to see busy brunch spots, one-of-a-kind boutiques and craft-beer watering holes, all with kids and dogs folded right into the mix.  The residential streets have an abundance of picturesque, traditional single family homes, with new construction brick houses and vintage-but-updated condo buildings adding to the housing landscape.
